Welcome. It’s nice to meet you.
I am a licensed professional counselor and an adjunct instructor in the Counseling & Family Therapy program at University of Mobile. My professional background includes experience in clinical behavioral health as a member of an integrative healthcare team in a family medicine residency program. I currently work in private practice providing virtual therapy to clients throughout the state of Alabama.
My professional approach centers on compassionate, faith-informed counseling that addresses depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a Christian-centered perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and cultivate healthier emotional patterns. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance that empowers individuals to move toward greater emotional wellness and personal fulfillment.
I am deeply committed to helping clients develop stronger self-understanding and communication skills. My therapeutic practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing social anxiety, mood disorders, caregiver stress, and personal struggles with guilt and shame. I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotional experiences and develop meaningful strategies for healing and personal transformation.
