I partner with Headway to manage insurance verification and billing seamlessly. When you book a session, Headway calculates your specific plan benefits, deductibles, and co-pay upfront so there are never any financial surprises.

Private Pay (Self-Pay)

If you do not have insurance, or prefer not to use your insurance plan for care, private pay options are available.

• Payment Method: All session co-pays or private pay fees are processed securely online. I accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

• Rates: Session rates for private pay will be discussed during our initial consultation call.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed without notice) will incur a cancellation fee, as insurance does not cover missed session fees.
